"-Kept me on hold for longer than 45 mins-1 hr -literally denied that I even applied, claimed they lost my SAT scores and my transcript AFTER final decisions and letters were sent for admission so I had to send my transcript and SAT scores AGAIN which costed me more money. Then after my mom called and expressed frustration over the phone, they magically found all of my information, they had it the whole time??? -accepted me into school a week after final decisions came out so i lost any opportunity for possible scholarships I won -after being accepted so late, I didn't receive important mail documents in timely manner so I was set so far behind at their faults -Then I got paired with the wrong roommate"
