"Good place which hosted my company's holiday party , fun stuff for the kids and adults"
"I have a 5 year old grandson that's been coming to bounce since he was 2, and if you give him a choice on what he wants to do, golf, kids square and bounce are ALWAYS his top 3 choices.. I also have grandbabies that live in Oklahoma and have excess to alot of things to do, and when they come to Roanoke they are bounce bound.. we highly recommend bounce to burn off that excess energy. Thanks to the staff and owners for making this a safe and fun place for our little ones."
"My daughter had her birthday here last night and it was great. All of the kids had so much fun (adults too)! The staff did a great job with everything, they were very attentive especially in the party room. We will definitely recommend Bounce and use it again for parties!"
"I'll be honest, Bounce was massively underwhelming. I went with my friend and her 3 toddlers. It started decent other than the laminate floor being over polished and dangerously slippery, even by so much as simply trying to walk on it or past it. This wouldn't be so bad if the kids weren't in socks. The socks make sense for the bounce houses and obstacles but when the kids all run over to the arcade machines or front area, they all look like they're on ice skates and you're just wincing waiting for one of them to slip right on to their skull. It's kind of terrifying. Then there's the second hour in the party room. They rush everybody through eating. If a kid doesn't want to eat right away then they may end up going without food at all because the staff consolidates and takes up all the food and stashes it away on a cart as of they're saving it for the next group. It was painfully obvious when this was happening that they were rushing the family out. Finally, 2 hours just isn't quite enough. They should at least include an additional half hour for the 2 hour package, for kids to go play after they eat."
"Went for a birthday party. Very nice and clean. Lots for kids to do. 6 claw machines. A few of them were "play until you win." That was great for younger players. They have a small baby/toddler play area. Small foot cars. The bounce slide was the main attraction during this party. It's tall and fast!! The obstacle course was a hit as well! Front bounce house has a smaller slide for younger kids. Back bounce house has baskets and balls."
