"Took my Toro Timemaster 30 inch mower for a belt replacement. Told I would get an update in 2-3 days~nothing heard. Checked 1wk+ later. No update, they did not even look at the mower. Took the mower back, received a genuine toro belt for Amazon in 1 day. Replaced in 20 min. Easy fix-just go to you tube. Do not take your mower here if you are in a hurry and consider DIY!"

After a couple of visits and several discussions about chainsaws with no pressure to buy, I made a purchase. I did this based on customer service and Tyler's knowledge of what I was interested in. I'm retired fire dept and on my days off I was a Licensed Tree Expert and Master Logger. Now I do milling as a hobby. I know what I wanted and Tyler was helpful. "They were very unprofessional. It took them 2 weeks to tell me that the battery for my leaf blower just needed to be charged that it. They said that they sent a text to let me know it was ready but, couldn't tell me what day it was ready. I didn't received any text message. I made multiple call on the status of my leaf blower. My leaf blower was f not fixed so, I took somewhere else. I will not be returning and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone."

"Took 6 weeks and many calls to repair my mower. It was returned missing a hub cap and all wires and cables just hanging (not secured as was). No pride in workmanship at this store. I called when mower was picked up on 6/29 and still waiting for return call. Ignition switch damaged."
