Reviews of Unlocked History Escape Rooms
"BEST escape room(s) we’ve ever done, and we’ve done a LOT! What a cute place! First, it’s super convenient with easy parking, which, as a millennial, matters haha. More importantly, the owner is an engineer, which explains why the rooms are just SO cool! Instead of the mundane escape rooms of endless plain locks and keys, he has really neat features in all the rooms that we’ve never seen before. Without giving spoilers, I’ll just say the Independence room is super fun for beginner/mid level; Raven is better for mid-level folks, and the newest spy room is the hardest of them, but it’s SO fun! We went with a group of 8 of us when we did it, so my husband and I are considering going back with a smaller group to appreciate and understand more of the room that we didn’t personally work on during our first go at it! (I’d say you could re-do all the rooms at least once with different people and have it be just as challenging and fun). I highly recommend this business, you’ll have a blast!! (The circled area in the second pic is the store front, just minutes from the downtown mall)!"
"We've now conquered two of these rooms and absolutely love this place! The props and storylines are compelling, and the puzzles have just the right balance of challenge and practical. The staff are always very friendly and do everything they can to make the experience memorable and enjoyable. We did The Allied Spy today. Loved it! Can't wait to return for The Raven and also can't wait to see the new rooms as they expand!!"
"Wow! Great experience! Our family has done a few different escape rooms but this was our favorite. The Poe room was challenging but so fun. Staff was perfect. Just right amount of helpful. Check it out!"
"Absolutely amazing experience! One of our very first escape room experiences got us screaming (with joy and terror) at the puzzles and clues given to us. The Allen Poe one especially, not for children, but both mentally challenging and exciting! A great blend of both puzzles and codes, I would recommend more than any other escape room I’ve been to."
"Had a great time in the Edgar Allen Poe room. Great clues, friendly staff, highly recommend. Fun Sunday afternoon activity. Will be back for their new rooms soon!"
