"Took two chain saw blades in for sharpening on 12/15. A week later, not done. 1/8/24 I went in asked for my chains. After digging around the counter person told me they”hadn’t gotten too them”. I told him to give me the chains which he did. No sorry, no reason, just handed them over. PATHETIC Service."
