"If you’re going to listen to any of the reviews listen to the bad ones. I brought my 12 year old Cockerpoo here because her usual groomer is out of state. She’s usually wonderful with grooming and then here she got cut in each ear, on her legs and feet and somehow managed to cut her toe NAILS too short, enough to DRAW BLOOD. The owner said it was Mimi’s fault and that she was bad with grooming (she’s not ). We’ve brought her to many groomers before, even ones with less experience than this guy and she’s never been cut like this. Upon referencing the fact that this store has many reviews about cuts and scrapes he replied that HE DIDN’T CARE ABOUT THE BAD REVIEWS. This was carelessness, neglect, and a hack job. $96 too for the ugliest haircut I’ve ever seen! This guy says he’s been doing this for 15 years, I’ve brought Mimi to people with 3 years of experience on gotten better care and service. Mimi was even used as a practice grooming dog for a family friend for YEARS. DO NOT COME"

"I’ve been taking Mookie The Morkie to Mike and Hi Puppy for over a year. He is the absolute best! It is obvious he cares for each pet and treats them with love and respect! He’s always good but hit it out of the park today. I had an idea of a new style for Mookie and he made my vision a reality!"
