"Great people, from ordering a new pool pump and installed in less than 30 minutes. All in less that a week. Would definitely use them again."
"Used pool Doctor for years never had problems. They test my water get the Chemicals I need and I am on my way. Soon I hope to get them to help open and close my pool!"
"I would NOT recommend The Pool Doctor to any of my family or friends or anyone looking for quality pool supplies or services! They do not offer any pool cleaning services and are overpriced. They had me coming in for water tests every week for the past few months and my pool water was STILL green and looked so nasty even with the pool chemicals they recommended to me. Then after using the pool chemicals and going back to them for more retests, they kept telling me to shock the pool and it was not doing ANYTHING to solve the issue. Thank you guys for breaking your promise that I would have a clean and beautiful pool for summer...because now there's not much of summer left and I will be taking my business elsewhere!"
"I definitely would NOT recommend Pool Doctor to anyone, especially those needing larger services like a new pool liner + installation. Last April, my parents paid 75% of the cost for a new pool liner. This is not a small job, and the cost was a few thousand dollars. When the time finally came for the measurements to be taken for the new liner, they measured the pool and left out the steps. The new liner came in before the mistake was realized. They had to re-order a liner and wait a couple more weeks for it to come in. Okay, mistakes happen. They came back out September 5 to install the new "correct" liner. Turned out it had been measured incorrectly AGAIN and the liner is very wrinkly. The owner acknowledged the mistake and said he was going to install the incorrect liner anyway so my parents could get at least a week or two out of the pool before having to shut it down for the season. He said, "I'll make it good in the spring." In October my parents received an invoice for the remaining 25% of the balance due for the pool liner. 25% off of this 25% had been applied as a discount for the messed up liner. My parents, of course, have not paid this remaining 25%. Would you pay anything more for a job you fronted thousands for that was done completely incorrectly? Probably not. It is nearly summer now and my parents have not heard a word from the Pool Doctor. I suppose he has decided not to make it right in the spring after all. I would highly suggest finding someone else to service your pool."
"I have NEVER came across a company so nice & caring! They do my weekly cleaning & maintenance & every time ive had an issue & called about it, they were out SAME DAY to resolve the issue! They dont charge out the booty, they're amazingly sweet, they stick to their word, & I could say so many more amazing things! I will always do business with them & will always recommend them to everyone!"
