"Coded gate for after hours auto pay, easy online rental"

"I attempted to rent a storage unit by driving to what was listed as the business address. when I arrived, I did see a business sign on the building that said university storage and I also saw a car in what appeared to be the business parking lot. I also saw a sign that said apartment one. well, many times, a storage manager will also have an on-site apartment. I am. a property manager and have been in the real estate industry for YEARS. so all of this appeared normal, I ldecided to knock on the door. no answer, so I called the business number and the person. who answered was absolutely horrid!! she asked me what I was doing there? what was I trying to do? if I was trying to rent a storage unit and if so I was doing it wrong and also they did t have any and that was not an office and I should leave. ( whole business sign directly where I. was knocking on the door) also the. website stated that they had storage available! terrible experience. she was unvlbeleivably rude!"

"Vermin was bad and a couple other people I know besides me had gotten robbed...The owner didn't care....He also didn't try to make it better either. This happened a few years ago..I don't know if it's under new management...If so good...."

"The people running the storage facility are difficult to get a hold of by phone for payments and the things in our unit was covered in mouse droppings and invaded by roaches. When we informed the owners of the issue they didn't seem to care. If you do decide to store your things here, please make sure your items are securely stored and wrapped tight to keep out the vermin. I would also suggest bug bombs or fragrances such as peppermint or lavendar to keep the vermin out as well."
