"Got to meet the owners. He described himself as the Braun & she is the brains and inspiration. Lovely grounds and beatiful inspired sculpture. We were lucky that a huge new sculpture was being installed at the time we were there. We had a fun time. Lots of picnic tables. Live to see castle folly when it is completed. The Hobbit houses are a blast. I highly recommend going there. Will be back."

"What's not to like? My wife and I found the experience to be enjoyable, relaxing, and very insightful even in the heart of a July afternoon. There's always something interesting going on along with plants that you may not see in the native Virginia area. I spoke with Beata and Peter, they were both very kind, helpful, and very interesting to speak with. I look forward to going back again with friends or family when they might be visiting in the area it's a gem in the South Riding Chantilly area"

"I would give 5 stars but it's not finished yet. I'm sure it will be 5 stars when its done. Very nice place to walk around and enjoy nature and man made creations. If you aren't very agile stick to the flat areas. If you like adventure there are many places to climb and explore. Wear good shoes for walking. You can only visit when they are having a event about once a month, so check the website for event days. Bring your own food and water, but they have a couple of food trucks on site."

"Visiting the National Botanic Garden was absolutely amazing. Expect the unexpected, it really is not like anything you have seen before. There are massive sculptures, elaborate stone work, majestic and massive groves of bamboo, water features, trails and more. If you are looking for something uniquely different come out and walk around and experience a magical fusion of art and nature at this hidden treasure in Chantilly the few days they are open per year."
