"Would be nice if some items were not misrepresented. I bought a teapot that was too tarnished to see markings on it, but the price tag said it was sterling. I asked the woman at the front about it, and she also indicated it was sterling. When I got home, I polished it found the marking and looked it up and its plate and all but worthless. I suppose this is why there’s a no return policy. Please just be upfront with people."
