"We were traveling through on our way home to PA. It was a Pokemon Go Community Day and we chose to stop here on our way home so we could play and stretch our legs a bit. It was a wonderful park. Kids were at play on the playground and there were some family gatherings. This is staying on our list of places for break areas during our travels."
"This park is lovingly maintained by by the community. There is a nice playground for the kids, a large loop asphalt path around the park, and some field space and a baseball field for the kids too. A small stream runs through the path that you can enjoy from a few bridges that cross it. Sadly I have found some liter here but I think it has primarily been overflow from the picnic pavilion. More trash cans for this area may help. In the spring it usually has beautiful flowers planted."
"We love this park for the babies. Whether you are there to play or to walk, there is plenty of space and there are plenty of fun things to do. It has been fully refurbished in the past few years, and it’s safe to let your kids run and play. My only complaint is there is very little shade for when it’s hot. Other than that, I highly recommend!"
"A great little oasis in town. Nice paths, comfortable tables and shelters, and we'll kept grounds all contribute to a very welcoming feeling. The playground is small but very well thought out. Parking is adequate for a park this size."
