"Rude. Racist. Unkind. There is a large sign on the door and on their website which states "Walk-ins welcome". I decided to stop by since I live in the area to inquire about some investment ideas I have. The front desk receptionist, Michael, told me "Come back after you open an account online. We only deal with people who invest 25K or me". I guess because I am African-American he assumed I have no money or low money. I felt highly disregarded and disrespected. Little does that subordinate know I am very wealthy and I have many investments accounts where I am treated nicely and with respect! I then asked to set up an appointment with a broker and then he lied and said he was a broker and gave me his business card. The business card had no broker number on it and his title certainly did not say broker so again he was blocking my business. I have a feeling he is following orders from the real broker there. I highly recommend not doing business there and taking your investments elsewhere where you are treated with respect and kindness!"
