"When I walked in with Harley the groomer was in what seemed a bad mood. They were busy and had three dogs being serviced. She went over Harley’s haircut with me, asked me if I wanted to pay, so I left Harley with him and paid. When I came to pick Harley back she was very short with me, told me that Harley should not get a zoom groom, apparently he tried nip at the scissors, she said if I wanted a zoom groom I should go to a differ t groomer 30 mins away. I prepaid an 18% tip, and regretted it. Harley was still wet when we picked him up, all the other dogs got a thanksgiving bandana and Harley did not. She didn’t thank us, basically told me not to come back. This is the first time in 6 years that they didn’t make the next appointment with me. I am hugely disappointed."
