"My mom and I were visiting Virginia Beach for vacation (all the way from Texas!). We finished dinner one night and randomly decided to get tattoos. Salt Water was recommended to us, we called and Tony told us to come on in! He and Mike were finishing some tattoos up when we arrived. The place is nice and clean with a cool aesthetic.
