He made sure every step of the way that I was comfortable with what we were driving, and that I was certain my first car would be something I would want and we both felt right about. "Highly recommend Bryan Perkins, he went above and beyond to get the SUV I wanted. I had to go back to the dealership today because onstar wasn’t working. We I arrived he came out of his office and let the manager know I was there. He had a new customer in his office and ask if he could step out for a minute to talk to me. Not all salesman do that after they get the sale lol Mason Meade (the manager) went the extra mile for us, I have to take my SUV to Hazard and drop it off to replace the onstar system. He is giving me a courtesy car until I get my SUV back. I’ve never been treated like this by any dealership and I’ve owned several vehicles.. "The service here is very unprofessional. I bought a car from a jerk named Cruise Gibson. He's a coward and hides behind his lies. I just wanted 2 keys to my vehicle. You would think based on their sales they would want satisfied customers to increase their business. Nooo...I repeatedly asked for the second key through text message. He never responded so I decided to call and ask to verbally speak with him. He answered the phone and said he would check with his "sales manager " and key technician within 45 minutes. Five minutes later this Cruise text me stating I had to purchase another key from my local Nissan shop. I once again texted back asking him to call me, but of course Cowards don't return calls. I later called the office again asking for the office manager. NOTHING! I'm a business owner who owns my own service garage as well as several other businesses. This could have easily been resolved with a courtesy phone call. I should have known better than to continue with the purchase due to requesting the car fax. Mr. Cruise didn't want to share it until I stated "I don't buy cars without it." He showed it and it says the vehicle had minor damage. I asked for details about the incident and Mr. Cruise said it was a side swipe and nothing more than superficial damage. I entrusted him and told him to bring the car. My intention was to test drive and inspect it at my shop, but the delivery guy was in a huge rush. Instead of getting multiple referrals, they will receive my review of my experience across EVERY marketing platform. So many people have asked about the car and I immediately tell them my experience. If you want professional courtesy and a good buying experience DON'T GO THERE! Stay away!"
