"Be very careful when making any kind of business transactions at this branch!! Came in to make a large and very important deposit with a business check from a company that we’ve been associated with for many years. Talor from the drive-through took my check and held me at the counter for over 30 minutes just to come out to let me know that I need to take the check back to the maker without any explanation how so ever. Manager of the branch without looking into the issue any further, basically just blew me off. I have deposit the same check 20 minutes at Virginia Beach branch without any issues or questions asked. Transaction took less than five minutes. As a result, I was late for my next meeting due to the negligence of the employee and the manager of this branch. Banking with Wells Fargo, and all other its predecessors in this area for over 25 years. Time to go."

Thinking of moving my business accounts to this branch just because of this. The teller next to him was great to. I would highly recommend this branch."

"I cash my checks there every month and it depends on what teller I get. Some tellers will cash my checks , others will make me deposit it. Then I have to get right out the drive through line and go to the ATM and withdrawal my money."

"Detailed review: 1 star for the banking side. Slow service, the whole process is about them, not you. You will bank the way they want you to bank or you will pay fees. It's not at all about the customer. Now those rules are not their fault but the way they treat you is 100% the reason for the 1 star rating. Terrible service. I have been in this Branch multiple times & the bad service on the banking side is consistent. 3 stars for the teller line. They are engaged, somewhat happy & keep things moving. Nothing extra, but nothing terrible. 2 stars for drive through. Sometimes very helpful & sometimes they just ignore you completely. At least say hi & I will be right with you. Overall a solid 2 star rating. Only thing great about it is where the building is located. The building itself is old & worn, but at least they remain in Deep Creek."
