"Low interest rate is about the only good thing about dealing with them. I have autopay turned on yet every month i have to call and make a payment. Trying to do that is like pulling teeth. Horrible app, horrible customer service, good luck paying your bill on time."

"If I could rate them lower I would. They reset my account for no reason and told me I had to re-register for online banking. But I have spent 2 weeks trying to get it to work and it has not worked. They are nice people but have the worst most inconvenient tech I have experienced in 30 years. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!"
