He started trying to convince us to go “out” because the foundation of our home is so old. He made it seem like we were basically living in a shack. Boyce, Jr. I contacted Mr. Boyce’s office, he returned my call and listened attentively to my problem. I was in desperate need of a mortgage due to a horrible situation I found myself in. His attitude was so gentle and comforting as all I could focus on was the critical problem at hand that brought me to him in the first place."
