"Truly disappointed in this store! We went to start a family plan with two new lines getting phone’s with a promotion. We verified the promotion with the salesperson (Kevin) multiple times and he ensured that everything is okay and we should see the promotion applied in 1-3 bill cycles. After visiting the store multiple times Kevin said we should see the promotion soon. Finally we went and talked to a different person (Joseph) who seemed helpful to sort out the issue. Apparently Kevin has done a mistake and there is no such promotion for the phones that we bought. For weeks we have been visiting the store waiting for a solution and no response yet. Finally I was given a corporate number to contact but no one answers the phone at all! They charged extra service fees for phones claiming that they will handle issues like this and we dont have to but that is exactly what we are doing now. Trying to fix their employees mistakes. The promotion in total is supposed to be 1600$ and now they are just ignoring us. The store is telling us they let go of Kevin but that does not help our situation."
