"This is the 3rd grooming experience for my very special SDit (service dog in training), Samson. The first 2 experiences were not good ones. He was not handled with the best of care. I can tell because he is scared to go there. That is not my usually confident Samson. I am also not pleased with the first 2 times he went because some grooming services I asked to be accomplished were not done. However, this third time with Groomer Rachel was excellent. I can tell from the first time I met her before she worked with Samson, she understood how to handle dogs and would treat him kindly and patiently, which is how to work with my Samson. She also did what I asked of her in grooming him. Two days later, Samson still looks fantastic! Rachel also recommended some supplies in the main store to help with keeping Samson in top condition until his next appointment. I know he will not have another appointment with anyone else but Rachel again."

The girl at the front desk was very sweet and helped with all my questions and concerns. They did the haircut exactly as I asked. Just a little bit on ears, and paws, and trim the chest a bit.
