"What can I say about this company is that they do good service. I drove from Maryland down to their location and purchased my Grand Cherokee they didn't know that I was coming as I went too another dealership across the street just didn't have what I was looking for and not worth spending my money.Then I remember them from the site saw the SUV test drove it had no problem with it.Sat down do the paperwork the bank was closed we came up with a solution I gave them 350 dollars down and his brother came passed my house in Maryland and retrieve the remaining balance from me on a Monday they stayed in touch with me throughout the process and got the money for the truck? That was in 2018 and I have that same Grand Cherokee til this very day and it runs great with no issues. I will be back next year too purchase something else after checking out their website. "This is our 6th car we bought from Nine Stars Auto. We just bought an Audi suv and a Tesla. PJ and Cameron are both awesome! We love Nine Stars and we only buy our cars here because of the trust built over the years. I still have the Chevy Captiva I bought from them 4 years ago even though it burns oil I’m not going to blame Nine Stars for that because I know I bought a used car with almost 90k miles on it and my son is now driving it. It still runs great, the only issue is that we have to put oil on it more frequently than normal which is not a big deal because all the other cars we’ve bought from you were perfect! The only reason why we buy only used cars is because I bought a brand new Toyota Celica a long time ago from a Toyota dealership and that car turned out to be a lemon. I couldn’t blame anyone but the manufacturer for it. So remember nothing is guaranteed, new or used it can turn out to be a lemon. But thank God all the cars I bought from Nine Stars have been good, no major issues and we love dealing with a reputable honest dealer. Thank you Nine Stars Auto!!!
