Since you don’t reach his expectations he won’t schedule you. If you respect the workers you won’t give them your business."
"Went to Auntie Anne’s for my free birthday pretzel, and they refused to give it to me because I didn’t download the app at least a month before my birthday. I went out of my way to download the app, drive across town to Auntie Anne’s, and was so excited for my free birthday treat. The manager refused to give me the free pretzel, and instead cited corporate policy to me, which was not explicitly advertised. Even with proof of it being my birthday, the app downloaded on my phone, and already purchasing other items during this event, he still refused to offer me the birthday treat. He didn’t even say happy birthday to me by the end of it, and honestly it was so disappointing. Makes me not want to come back, which is sad because I was brand loyal for so long."
"My grandchildren wanted just a drink. The sales associates was to busy talking to a person that has stopped by to talked so she rang up my granddaughters order and never ask if that was all on this order. When she finally decided to stopped talking she gave me the total and was pissed when I told her I needed two more drinks."
