I provided the requested photos to assist repair part acquisition. Next day, the lady called back with an estimate and service was scheduled a couple days later. The lady kept me apprised of expected arrival time. Repairman came with the correct replacement parts, accomplished the repair quickly and even replaced the drawers which I had removed to provide access. Superb and courteous service. Highly recommend."
