"I feel that the best way to find out if a company is solid is by having a problem and seeing how they deal with it. We ordered 670 square feet of flooring at a great price--shipped directly from the Mohawk factory. We got them, got the contractor to install them, who then notified me that they ran out of flooring. FloorMall had a mistake in square footage per carton, and we were about 140 square feet short. Upon notifying them, they placed an order for 7 additional boxes free of charge. I also negotiated a ~10% discount off the original order for inconvenience. I feel that FloorMall dealt with the issue in a fair manner--but make sure to double check the square footage per carton (possibly by searching online) and once the boxes arrive."
