I’ve been here 3 times and I’ve received attitude and no will to help in anyway whatsoever. I work for a huge company that buys millions of dollars in material a year from this chain...you would think they would want to put on a happy face at the counter and help the best they could. Needless to say I won’t be using this location anymore."

"Waited 3 days for what turned out to be the wrong part for a time critical P.O.. Mistakes happen, though......i understand that. But it was when we were told by the employee that it was OUR fault for not ordering sooner that this rating lost a couple stars. They lost a couple more when the same employee asked, "why would you even use THAT part on a project like that........?" He then proceeded to lecture us on all the things we were doing wrong. I'm sorry........we need item# etc........professional advice is certainly welcome at ANY point........but once we decide on something, just order it.........and don't blame the customer for your mistakes."
