"I took a hands-on countertop course at Regent Stone. The company put on a very instructive course. We were provided samples (small slab cuts) of Granite, Quartz and Marble (tile). The good news is that the hands on training is self-pace. Jim Lang (Jedi Master) was there to provide one-one-one observation and tips on removing etching (on Marble) scratches on Granite on Quartz. We briefly learned how to fix holes and lots of time of fixing Granite cracks. My compliments to everyone at Regent Stone who helped me enjoy the training. I would like to single out “Scott” (obi-wan) for his thoughtfulness and attentiveness. A true professional personify! Thanks for dinner, it was truly unexpected! Side note to Neil (the only negative review on google) I totally disagree with your assessment of Regent Stone. If you want “only” a transactional relationship where price is your “prime” concern, go online! You can always find anything cheaper. I hope you are a savvy business owner and are interested in the novel idea of “building a vendor relationship.” I strongly recommend that you find out who is your account rep. Take time to allow them to get to know your needs. Take time to build a solid relationship “first” with your vendor and the “preferred pricing” you are looking will evolve. I as a practice do not provide discount to strangers! We do provide discounts to loyal VIP customers."
