(10/27/23):I liked the fast service but they didn't really do anything for my hangnails on my hands or feet, my lashes seem kinda crooked as well as incomplete in one corner? they also started itching a day later. "I came in Tuesday for a soak off and a manicure. I assume it was the manager, who sent me to her and in their native tongue they started arguing about it. The manager was trying to explain it was just a manicure and this lady got up and walked off into the back. The manager then decided to move me and started taking my nails off herself, she tried ripping them off after I explicitly asked her to soak them off and not to rip them off. When I reacted to the action, she decided to get up and pass me off to another person. Shortly, after sitting there ANOTHER female came in to her nails taken off and this woman gladly took her. I’m not sure what the problem was but I wouldn’t recommend this establish for serious business. SB: when I walked in the manager was sitting in a pedicure chair with her feet up in the seat. She was messing with her toes and DID NOT wash her hands prior to tending to customer hands."
