"The store associates were very friendly. I took in a piece of unfinished wood to match the rest of my house. I already knew it was Brazilian Cherry but I wanted to make sure I ordered the correct thing. After picking up the wood I noticed it was a much different shade than the Brazilian cherry and didn't have much red tint to it at all. Nobody could really confirm or deny if what I received was supposed to be Brazilian Cherry. The few contractors I asked all agreed it was not. The corporate office pretty much told me I got what i got. I had to go with a different pattern to incorporate the different type of floor and pay my contractor an extra $500. The true Brazilian cherry around the borders is the rest of my whole first floor and quite a difference from what is now in my living room."

"L&L and Watson Professional Flooring Services installed a bamboo veneer flooring in our home and it immediateley failed. It buckled throughout the 800 square feet of intallation. We submitted a warranty request and 145 days later L&L and Watson claimed they were not at fault and refused to correct the defects. The worst product, the worst installation and terrible customer service. Do not use this company for your flooring. After 145 days of no returned calls or emails L&L decided not to fix the buckling floor at my home (see the attached photo. I have many more). I submitted a review on Google and you now want me to call the same customer service line that I had called over 145 days with no help? Your company's products, service and customer service are disgraceful. You represent what most people assume about dishonest and shady contractors! I feel like a fool for having spent my hard earned money with L&L. And now I"m forced to sue L&L and Watson which will consume much more of my time and money. Shame on you!! I will do everything in my power to let anyone and everyone know about the dismal experience I had with your company."

"Great customer service! Pricing was reasonable. I absolutely love the final product. I purchased the Tranquility Ultra 5mm Edgewater Oak. I took the (free) flooring sample to pick out complimenting paint and winded up with Mountain Air by Sherwin-Williams."
