"The tattoo artist is great at what she does but the manner of scheduling and rescheduling appointments is lacking. What I consider the most un-professional is the fact she will make a post on facebook asking someone to come in last minute for an unexpected open spot instead of checking with clients that she has already rescheduled due to overbooking or double booking two people at the same time. The scheduling system and manner of doing so definitely needs to be worked on."

"I got a couple piercings from Ron his work was very satisfactory! He cleaned all of his utensils in front of me. He marked two maybe three different placements before selecting my final placement. I don't have a negative review for this establishment! I am actually looking into getting in contact with Cate about a tattoo!! It will be my first I hope of a couple!?
