"I have reached out to Superior on multiple occasions to replace one piece of stone on a large stone project we purchased from Superior 15 years ago at our home. We are being ghosted. No response. Very unprofessional. I would rather Superior be honest if they can't find the piece for us rather than ignore our numerous calls. Did I mention, very unprofessional."

"Went to this location last week. Spoke with the receptionist who gave me paperwork to fill out. Then...NOTHING!!! No one was interested in helping, assisting or even seeing what my needs were according to the paperwork I filled out. Even when I went outside just to glance at the merchandise they had on the yard, no one came out to assist me. I left after 20 min of no contact from anyone. Not sure if they "judged a book by it's cover" or was just to lazy, ignorant, racist, or whatever it is that lies in the heart of white people when there's a non white potential customer. How sad. Custmer service is seriously lacking at this location. Will never visit again."
