"Wow!!! First time customer, definitely not last. The showroom in Hampton is small but very clean and welcoming. The staff was professional, kind, and warm…a rarity (sadly) in these days. I needed a countertop for a project I have been DIYing for longer than I’d like to admit. My skills stop at countertops. We chose our material (quartz) quickly and were informed our quote would need to wait till measurement. That made me hesitant, but I understand the need to know material costs (how many slabs) before they give a concrete price/ft. We agreed. In this era, I’ve been accustomed to estimates being scheduled weeks, if not months out. They scheduled us out 4 days. I was thinking ‘too good to be true’. Like clock work (literally 1-2 minutes before earliest time window) the professional arrived to measure. He was courteous and professional as well (didn’t even knock the diy cabinet install). Here is my favorite part…I was informed of the estimate within the same day (like 4 hours). To top it off, install was scheduled for 1 week!!! Unheard of. Today was install, I cannot express how happy I am with the results. The estimator understood my vision, and the installers executed it perfectly. They were detailed in the install, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I am extremely happy with the final result. The work speaks for itself."
