"Went in to get tips put on my big toes and the broke the very next day while I was riding a stationary bike. I told the technician that the acrylic was too thin and I was scared that they would break. She ignored me and said thinner looks more natural. I went back ti get it fix but they try to blame. They charge me $8 dollars to put on a new tip. I asked for an extra layer on the other toe and they charge me for that as well. I end up paying $15 on top of what I paid the day before. The technician or nice, but the service and technique sucks."

"Being nice by giving them 1 stars they are veryyyyyy rude. She looked me in my face and asked me 3 times what I wanted. She kept throwing my hand around and slamming it in and against the nail case(I brought my own acrylic and top coat because I hate when my top coat turns other colors) for a short PLAIN SET she wanted 80$ Never returning it’s a cute set up thou I guess"

"It’s been 3 weeks and my nails still look good. Friendly customer service and cozy environment. This was my first time and it seemed like everyone who walked into the front door was addressed by their first or last name. Nice to see that they have a solid base of returning customers"
