Hollywood Nails

"First, I have been to this nail salon a few times with my children. It hasn’t always been the best but it’s been OK. I will say the women are more pleasant. Although, they don’t listen to what you want. They’ll still try to convince you to get something you don’t want, so you have to be firm in your decisions. My recent experience gave me confirmation that I won’t be going back. she wanted me to pay full price for service (polish) I did not receive because I was on a time constraint and I said I’d come back. No, that’s not how professional business works. I just hope they read these, do better and understand that people (especially POC) aren’t stupid. They also need to do better at customer service. We are paying HARD EARNED money for service and they need to provide the services REQUESTED and if you can’t be up front, we can go elsewhere. Nails shops are everywhere J/S."

"Let's just say my toes look horrible . Like how can you mess up a pedicure. I also want to mention that I had to go home and soak and sanitize my feet. The cleanliness of the shop and the tools used were disgusting. I wanted to cry after he completed my pedicure, then they had the nerve to charge me $50 yes , $50. They should not be open."

"I went to get a pedi while the family went shopping. This is the worst job I have ever had done on my feet. My left foot you can see brush marks and the unevenness of the paint job. Not to mention the bottom of my feet were barely touched. The man that did my pedi didn't even speak to me once. I would highly not recommend this place."

"Staff were very nice. Although me and my friend had to wait 2 hrs to get our nails done. She comes here all the time but this was my first visit and i did not like it at all my nails are very uneven from eachother and towards the end he cut my skin on the pointer finger and Tim was his name he acted like he didn’t care. Nails were very overpriced and exactly why i left no tip"

"It was my first time visiting this nail salon, and I do not like how my nails turned out. I felt as though it was rushed and a little sloppy. I asked for coffin tip. If you want your money's worth, I recommend going to another nail salon. Just saying."
