"Honestly if I could give it lower I would. Horrible service all the way around and I went twice! First time I went after work so i got there a little after 6 and was sat at table #11. Told the young man I wanted a full set with ombre color acrylic. He said no problem, assur3d me they had the acrylic, and got to work. I ended up being the last customer in there, not leaving until almost 830pm. They were terrible and i paid over $85 for them, not even close to red and white ombre. I let it go and just put some glitter gel polish over to make it until it was time for a fill. 3 weeks later I go back for a fill, I get seated at table 6. I tell the lady i just wanted a cut down and fill, this time with black acrylic instead of the red.This woman argued me down about how this shop does not have color acrylic so it must be dip on my nails. I told her repeatedly that the young man at table 11 had assured me that it was indeed acrylic to which her reply was no it's not! Then says that she can't do a fill with 2 different kinds of material and if I wanted my nails done I had to get everything taken off and full black dip put on because they don't have black acrylic at all. At this point I feel defeated and lied to, so I let her take the set that I only had on for 3 weeks off completely. Half way throught the soaking process she exclaims "this is acrylic! Why didn't you say that???". I told her that's what I been saying this whole time! Now she's like "well I have to charge you the $10 for take off at this point so do you want acrylic or dip...dip is better for your nails". I am beyond furious at this point and tell her I want black acrylic. I m guessing this pissed her off because now she's rushing trying to get this acrylic off my nails and she ends up ripping 2 of my natural nails, almost down to the numb but instead of apologizing she says "you need tips now to make them even". I tell her no, cut all the rest of my nails down to match the 2 ripped. I am still willing to let this woman do my nails, after all of that! Until she says so we doing dip right? I say no yoy will joy be doing my nails at all today because none of this is what I wanted at all. 2 hours and $15! Complete waste of Mt time and my money! I will never tell anyone to come to this shop for any reason."

"very pleased with my visit. I had never been here before & was a walk in & didn't have to wait. Cam took care of me & she was amazing! She was fast & didn't hurt me!!! I was walking out within an hour of doing a dip polish change & prices are normal."

"I’ve been going to this place for years, no matter what this is my go to. Helen is #1 for me but all of the ladies do amazing job. Tom the owner is super nice and friendly. Attached are pictures through the years, every holiday and every occasion one of them were my engagement nails and I didn’t know it . 10/10 recommend."
