"I tried a few different salons in the area, and this is where I’ve stayed as a client. Their prices are reasonable - At a different nail salon I definitely got taken advantage of as a naive client, and this group would never do that to someone! The nail techs/owners are mostly family or close friends so there’s a really friendly and supportive atmosphere. The salon is well-staffed even though it’s usually pretty busy - Mai usually does my nails and does a great job! Since there’s a pretty constant flow of clients, I’d definitely recommend making an appointment rather than walking in, even if the appointment is for that same day."
"So I want to preface this review by noting that my wife has gone here multiple times in the past and had a wonderful experience with lovely service and kind staff. However, yesterday, when she went to get her nails done for a special occasion, her service was completely unacceptable. She called ahead and asked if they had a spot for a mani-pedi, which they did; just not with someone she has worked with before. Based on previous experience she assumed this would be fine. Spoiler alert: very wrong. She came in for a full pedicure and manicure and started with the pedicure. The pedicure was ok but only in the fact that they did the very bare minimum effort possible and were muttering under their breath to themselves the entire time. I understand sometimes there's a language barrier or sometimes you don't want to chat; that's great. But when you're not talking to the customer or anyone else in the salon, that's at best strange, and at worst rude and off-putting. After completing the pedicure the staff walked over to the register as if to ring her up when she clearly stated she came for a mani-pedi. It took my wife standing there awkwardly for awhile before a different staff member noticed and asked if she wanted a manicure as well. My wife said yes to which the staff working with her rolled her eyes, appeared extremely offput, and muttered her way to the next station for the manicure. Next, my wife had a variety of ideas for what she wanted for her nails. She presented pictures of multiple options that she would be happy with, and the staff made little to no indication of understanding or suggesting something within her capability. Ultimately, based on the lack of involvement, my wife chose a simple matte black with spider web design. Now, my wife's nails were different lengths due to having on an old set, a few of which had come off. The staff member began prepping the nails without evening things out when my wife asked if they could make everything the same length. The staff asked repeatedly "full set? full set? full set?" as if she were very inconvenienced by the fact that my wife, who scheduled an appointment for a full set, now wanted exactly that! So again, the staff member grouchily obliged and evened out the nails. Then, after getting the nails done, she begins to use a flat file to even things out and remove excess material. Which would be fine except she was so negligent as to cut my wife's fingers multiple times and make her bleed! It was around this time that another customer walked in asking to be seen and the staff working with my wife was asked if they could take her. Keep in mind, this is near the end of the day and they're not even finished with my wife yet. And the woman working with my wife (in their grumbly tone) said yes. Which led to them essentially cutting short my wife's time and they did not even add on spider webs like she had asked. To cap things off, she overcharged her for the whole thing and didn't even give her a discount for not finishing the nails the way she wanted. TLDR 1) Got new staff member who was abysmal 2) Shoddy work 3) Poor attention to detail 4) Rude 5) Caused bleeding multiple times 6) Overcharged for service provided I would hope someone would reach out to make this right as they otherwise seem like an amazing salon who provide excellent service. I just couldn't let this go unaccounted for. I will happily edit or even remove this if the issue is addressed."
"I love this place. They do such a wonderful job of my nails, and I've actually walked in for help because I broke on way down, and they were able to help me immediately. It's always best to have an appointment because their business is really popular, but it was great that they could take me right then. They have wonderful employees that are so very nice. I highly recommend this place!"
"This is an -amazing- establishment. My nails look amazing but beyond that the staff was wonderful. Every part of the process was discussed with me to make sure I was comfortable. The color options felt endless lol. I will definitely be back."
"Such a fantastic salon! I had never had acrylics done before, and not only did my nails turn out beauuutiful, but they made sure I was happy every step of the way - with the length, shape, color, everything. Truly a lovely experience. Excited to come back the next time I'm in town!"
