"Do shops not soak off anymore? I have been going here off and on for over 5yrs today was my last day. I went in to get the acrylic removed from my nails but keep my natural nail. She just starts clipping and cut half of my nail. I say I didn’t want my nails cut just the tips off. She goes you said you wanted them off. Umm I been going here for years when have I ever cut my real nails? I say I can’t get them soaked off. She whines and says it takes too long. I look around the shop it’s empty. But that’s what I want. I say I can go somewhere else if you don’t wanna do it. She goes ok. I go WOW wow wow and this is why people stopped coming to this shop. She is lazy and obviously don’t want the money. The whole shop is slow because of this. Who wants you to cut around the mail and stick a plastic mail to separate and pull off the acrylic? No one it hurts. Faster for you painful and damaging to the customer. Today Lin lost me as a client and any and everyone I sent to her as well. Peace be still"

"Unprofessional unethical and unbelievable. I went in there was nobody in the shop the man said he can do my nails then after a lady in the back said something in their language he gonna say I can't do I forget I have lot of people coming it's gonna be a few hour wait. FOH I know why they big mad but hey I will go to my normal shop who does the BEST NAILS IN HAMPTON"

"I have been to A LOTof nail shops,and had many nail technician do my nails. No one has come close to the attention she gives. Nail Club may not look the way some of the newer or more expensive shops do, but she is not lacking in talent. Takes her time and provides detail and attention when doing a manicure, pedicure or acrylics. Highly recommend."
