"I called to make an appointment and they allowed me to schedule one, but once I arrived it seemed like they don’t really do appointments. I didn’t mind waiting, but felt like the technician was rushing through my manicure. My nails were poorly shaped and there was not much attention to detail put in. I do think going late in the evening on a busy, short staffed day impacted the level of service."
