"Very unsatisfied with customer service and deception in sales. My sister purchased a granite counter and new sink. Shelly made all these promises of what it would include. Day of installation they send unfinished stone. When the old sink was removed they removed the reinforcement to secure the sink. When placing new sink they left it uninforced . Called the store several times day 3 still no resolve. Non functioning sink that could fall at any moment. Taking care of an Elderly parent with no Kitchen sink for 3 day's and counting.I would never had done business with them had I known....My sister is the customer she is a senior citizen who asked me to post on her behalf. This is the picture of how the sink was left. Dirt and debris left on the stairs. The Job was done poorly period.... The job was done poorly Check all the Yelp reviews sorry she didn't see before! 2 Stars on Yelp She is not the only unsatisfied customer . UPDATE THE ACTUAL CUSTOMER IS MY ELDERLY SISTER WHOM YOU HAVE NOT ANSWERED PHONE CALLS OR GIVEN A $50 GIFT CARD. Instead of trying to save face do the right thing. You guys should really be ashamed of yourself. My sister does not use social media this is why I'm speaking for her which she asked me to do. I accompanied her to showroom and witnessed the promises being made. The pictures show the wood was not rotted. I really hope you don't treat all your customers like this. You can continue on with excuses and untruths instead of rectifying your worker's poor work but pictures show it all"
"Stone 4 Kitchen has now done 2 seperate projects for me in my home and both times did a great job. Great communication, on time and materials and labor at a great price. They smoked Rock Solid both times so no need to even contact them in the future for me. Thanks again for the great installs"
"Stone for Kitchen did an excellent job with our quartz countertops. The measurements were perfect. Once we signed the paperwork our countertops were delivered in less than a week. I would highly recommend them."
"This is the third time I have used Stone 4 Kitchen for counter tops and two times for cabinets. Gina made cabinet ordering a breeze, very knowledgeable, accommodating and easy to work with. The quality for the price can’t be beat by other companies both in cabinets and stone. They traveled all the way to the Outer Banks to measure and install when a company in NC refused to go that far. Hands down I would refer them to anyone whether it be a new build or a remodel!"
"I would love to give Stone 4 Kitchen LLC, a 5 star rating, it was my expectation that at the completion of my project, I would rate this experience a 5. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I am breaking down my rating into the stages of the project as follows: 1. The product quality and selection is very good, thus the reason I selected them for my project. The gentlemen they sent out to measure was timely and provided accurate measurements 2. Customer service - initial and subsequent showroom visits: Lisa is amazing! Very helpful and customer friendly. Majority of the staff pleasant. I never met the owner - this is a women owned business according to the information about the business, this was a plus for me. Nicole, manager, sarcastic, condescending with a “don't question me, I am right and you don’t know what you are talking about” attitude. 3. Consultation mostly with Lisa, good. Scheduling install - good. 4. Installation day, so excited. Contract installers, Quinton and Steve arrived on time (early) and got to work. All seemed to go well until it was time to install my waterfall island. My husband oversaw the installation and spent time reviewing the project specs and measurements with the contractor. After, measurements were retaken and compared to the specs provided to the installers, it was determined the fabrication measurements were cut too long; problem because the water fall sides and the top of the island were off causing a large gap on both sides of the waterfall and the overhang on the sides to long. The installers worked tirelessly to try to make it work and after calling Nicole to review the measurements and express our concern, they were instructed to install it as I was standing in the kitchen when they spoke. At that point, I said no, remove the pieces and take them back to be cut to the CAD specs. My husband and I traveled to the showroom To discuss with the problem; speaking with Nicole, reviewing the specs and the actual measurements (my husband measured, installers measured and remeasured at least 4 times - result the same, pieces cut too long). After much conversation and back and forth, frustrated and appalled by the interaction, we left with the expectation that the adjustments would be made and installation would be completed at the end of the week. It was requested that we upload the pictures we took so they could be shared amongst their team and they would get back with me the next business day by 12:30. I never heard from Nicole so I called, spoke to Lisa and she politely handled my inquiry and assured me she would get back to me with a time once the schedule was made. In the meantime, Ryan (fabricator) calls to speak with my husband and I, referencing the series of pictures uploaded and trying to justify the measurements indicating he would come to our home and install the island using the same measurements. They can make it work, adding drywall and side pieces etc., our response no, please fabricate the stone to the correct measurements and send the installers back that started the install. We had no problems with the installers and in fact, my husband and I were very pleased with their professionalism, knowledge and expertise. Please note that my husband and I shared with Nicole that no one was to blame with respect to the measurements, human errors happen and we understand. Our frustration was elevated when we visited the showroom, speaking with Nicole and the condescending, sarcastic tone was used to engage us; then the next day Ryan calling us to justify fabrication measurements and indicating he would install the countertop and make it work. Simply not acceptable when a Simple adjustment to the countertop fabrication would have fixed the problem. I’m summary, love my countertops, dissatisfied with fabrication, Nicole, Ryan. Quentin and Steve and Lisa were a joy to work with."
