"If I could give 0 stars I would. Everyone in this store is unprofessional, including the manager. Too concerned about getting sales than getting the customer what they want and need. Manager caused a scene yelling inappropriately at my husband about tinting caulk in front of other customers.... Erick the manager wanted to do it his way, not the right way, not the way the BILLIONAIRE HOTEL OWNER asked for it to be done! My husband is probably their BIGGEST customer, spending over $200,000 in paint just last year from Sheraton Williams. We will take our business elsewhere now! That’s not how you treat customers ERICK. Don’t know how Erick is even manager he is driving this store into the ground. DO NOT GO HERE. Love Sherwin-Williams products but hate this store. Go down the street to the Mercury blvd location DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE."

"It was quite an experience. Having been buying paint for a new building (Gethesmane Baptist Church) 5405 Roanoke ave, NN, Va. For seven years. Same color paint and the colors never matched. The person that assisted me did a record search to identify the matching problem . This made my day now knowing that we that purchase the paint created the problem.
