"Got a loan from here and the lady was very nice but they didn’t tell me that when I had to pay it back it would be over the actual amount I got a loan. I will never get a loan in my life."

"I did two loans with them, first loan was a rapid pay and everything went smoothly. And when I needed a second loan for a slightly higher amount, set to pay once a month. BUT what I DIDNT know was the interest rate is 264% A DAY!! I got the loan in Feb! And to date I still owe 600$ even after paying between 201$ and lowest payment 158$ a month! SO BEAWARE of the fine print or make sure you ask questions, I did my loan over the phone,, and didn't see or maybe miss heard what was going, regardless this is one money grabbing hole I can't afford to keep feeding. This is my experience, but staff is wonderful just like family."

"I went in for a interview when I walked in I did not feel welcomed. Neither one of the employees spoke they all just gave me a look. I then said hello and told Donna what I was there for. The interview was very awkward and unprofessional she interviewed me in the lobby while customers came in and out. I just felt out of place like I was too black for their little rude establishment."

"As we speak I am in there building and there is one white lady and black lady with glasses!!! I have been in here for 45 minutes being questioned on why I didn’t cash my child support checks when I got them !!! This unbelievable then I had to filling out some forms after they called and found that there were good!!! It was still a hassle !!! Get it together I will never return here again!!!"

"If you read my other review this is sort of a part 2 if you will. As I stated last time my transaction was a bit challenging so i needed to go to this location to complete it. Well a hiccup occured where I was not in the system only my husband was so I could not complete the transaction at that time. Bummer! I was frustrated (probably visibly) but I understood we were in a hurry at the other location and computer was having issues. Well instead of getting defensive and escalating my crabbiness the staff here was actually empathetic and kind. The manager Jessica really went above and beyond to do everything in her power to make things easier and more convenient for me. Oh, and I had my special needs child with me who was about at his time limit for good behavior ,in a boring environment,and they were patient and kind with him as well . This my friends is customer service! I may have left frustrated but they made it right and they diffused my frustration beautifully! They have definitely earned my business!!"
