"From referral to sales experience to installation, the team at Dominion flooring has exceeded my expectations for service. I'm a first-time home buyer and needed help selecting and replacing the flooring in my new home. The referral came through family members who also had a positive experience in their home, with Dominion Flooring. In store - each member of the staff (Terry, Johnny and even the owner, Dominic) provided assistance, feedback, and friendly conversation. They listened to my needs and helped guide me through various flooring options, in their showroom. They were able to accommodate a quick-turnaround appointment and provide me with some samples to take with me. As promised, Nick (who had assisted my family in the referral) arrived promptly and we were able to walk the space and converse about various options. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous in his delivery of Dominions product and provided me with various quoted options for my space. He was so great we booked it! Nick confirmed the day before the appointment and the installation team arrived early! Richard, Kevin & Eric were very friendly and professional, making sure to communicate their needs as well as cleaning up while they went. "Service was absolutely fantastic. Johnny was very helpful and patient while we were making up our minds. We chose three different types of flooring: Mohawk carpet (stairs and MB), MSI Woodhills with genuine wood top (two other bedrooms) and Nova Floor vinyl plank in the bathroom.The results were better than expected!
