"Hi everyone. I'm a regular customer here. I like they came to this side of the bay. They've always been nice until today. I was told they are servicing the cutting machine so I suggested to cut it by myself. They agreed so I grabbed my grinder, I didn't even touch any tube when suddenly the manager yelled at me that I won't cut nothing I'm not allowed, etc. For me perfect, but the aggressive tone confused me. I just told her there's no reason to be mean but instead of cooling down she keeps a high voice tone against me. She should know that I'm a customer, not an enemy."
