It was not livable when we closed on it. Pritchett's team did more than just sell us stuff and do the work. They gave us suggestions for other contractors we might need to help our house, worked with us on color, layout, and design, and helped take up a lot of the stress of this project. The day we did the first walkthrough of the house with the realtor, I had an allergy attack that lasted for a week. The house was moldy and needed plaster wall repairs after the mold guys did their thing. The kitchen was a health hazard from the amount of mouse droppings. The rugs upstairs were beyond filthy. It took about three months to get through all the projects because we had to coordinate with HVAC, plumbers, and an electrician. But Pritchett's team worked smoothly with the guys I had to bring in.
