"TRASH, TRASH, TRASH!! Service was terrible. Extremely rude and very pushy. While trying to get my kid who was a paying customer set up before I sat down to get my nails done. They refused to listen to me, I left with my nails completely messed up a burnt nail and a confused child who just wanted her nails done. Do not recommend going there unless you want them to be disrespectful and impatient which will led to messed up or burnt nails."

"Listening skills are needed at this establishment! Tech didn't care about my desired nail shape and did their own thing. I asked for a specific design and got two clashing colors (two different golds, lines not straight). On the pedicure, older lady cut my skin several times with cuticle cutter. ALL of the tools she used looked unsanitary; I remember this salon opening a fresh pack of sanitized tools every time. What changed?! That was the main reason I liked the place...it had felt safe...now it doesn't. The ONLY lady who seemed not to rush their craft worked on one clients nails the entire time I was there (I had two services). Should have gotten her name as she seemed to know more about nails than the owners. Lady even helped another tech with a technique they were not familiar with. It's time to find an independent nail technician."

"Always seems rushed and bad quality. Also every single nail drilled kept burning and she laughed instead of saying sorry. She also cut my skin from accidentally drilling my skin. The gel polish looks a mess, I took it off as soon as I got home."

"Beyond disappointed with the full set service I received. I have been there a few times to try to give different techs a chance before I completely ruled out the salon. I got a full set around 2PM today and it’s 7PM now. TWO have popped off.. the full nail just easily came off. Ironically it’s the same nail on each hand. **update** it’s all ten , as if they were press on nails."

"This is the first place I tried when I relocated and I noticed my nails are lumpy and not even. I found a lady on style seat but couldn’t get an appt in on time for travel so I decided to give this shop another try being someone said they had new workers. My cuticles are bleeding my nails were rushed and are ugly. My daughter doesn’t like how her feet look either if I wasn’t rushing I would take them off and go somewhere else. My cuticles hurt so sore and tender right now"
