"If we could give a negative rating, that is what we'd do. Chuck Schuelke who owns Virginia Insurance Partners is rude and absolutely unprofessional. He DOES NOT put his customers first. Insurance agents are responsible for ensuring their clients understand their policy and exactly what is and is not covered. As one insurance professional stated to us, "if your insurance agent isn't going over your policy with you at least annually, find another insurance agent." We didn't hear from Mr Schuelke for more than 4 years after he wrote our farm policy and he did not fully disclose what was not covered. DO NOT use VIP Insurance Partners and especially not Mr Schuelke as your agent."
