"Let me start by saying that in the last few months I've tried 5-6 different nail spots in Richmond, and I never went back to one due to the lack of professionalism and the end result look of my nails. I visited Red Nails2 due to a gift card I received for my birthday. The cleanliness and how welcomed I felt when I walked into this shop was already setting the standard for me. All the employees greeted me when I walked in. All staff was dressed like there were ready to work. Not one person looked like there were lounging. That was already a big plus for me. The attention to detail they had to me as a client and my small child who accompanied me was exceptional. I felt very welcomed, and like a priority while I was there. That alone gets all the points. During service the staff all across the shop carried them self very engaged on their craft, and the end product was EXACTLY what I had asked for. I am very happy with everything and everyone. I will be returning. I finally feel like I got what I paid for. I was about to give up on looking or finding a place that can take care of me. They made a client out of me. Thank you Red Nails 2!"
