"First time there, Everyone appeared to be friendly but before the lady was completely done with my pedicure, another client walked in, which appeared to be a regular customer and the owner told the lady that was doing my feet to hurry up. Now I like to tip and everything but for her act like my money wasn't good, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! I pay can just like the regular customer and I tip but they won't see me again. Too many nail shops out there"
"I Visited this salon to try out a new one based on a recommendation. The Service was amazing and the prices are more than reasonable for the quality they provide. I had Tam shape my nails to perfection while in the chair and Rio provided an amazing massage and pedicure simultaneously. They worked well together and I was out with a fresh full set and pedicure in 1 hour. They were very accommodating with my time crunch and I’d recommend this place to anyone. Definitely will be coming back regularly."
"i don’t know why i even came into this shop. came on my birthday to be serviced by the worst person on my pedicure just to get dip nails which isn’t even anything special just acrylic, for it to start going dull and peel in 4 days and lift in a week. came back and told some woman and she proceeds to say “well when you do stuff it starts to dull.” GO FIGURE. when do you ever hear a nail shop actually take accountability for the fact that maybe they just have horrible quality supplies? exactly. never. then have the audacity to charge as much as they do for their mediocre, inexperienced, piss poor quality service they provide. it’s about time we stop supporting this “typical nails shops” because they just charge whatever they want and deliver garage quality and support up and coming nail artists. why? because atleast they have integrity and take pride in their work and give you what you pay for without it being a problem."
"Service is not that great, i got hurt while doing pedicure. She is just the crumbling feet very hardly. I reported at front desk, he says it’s common. I don’t think this is what customers pay for."
"The nail tech made four (4) of my nail bed/cuticles bleed and I left with raw nails. He apologized for “cutting me” but did not offer alcohol nor a discount. I did not want to have an aggressive situation and was too hurt to attempt a resolution so I paid what was requested and left. I was alone in a salon with 4 men so I remained quiet. They were so focused on whether or not I worked... where I worked which I answered no questions yet turned them around for them to answer (“them” because two technicians had to do a simple technique I requested from the first when I asked did he know how - apparently not but lied instead) This will be the first and last visit here."
