"An absolutely amazing Dr. he is very caring and Understanding, none like I have ever encountered before. He is super attentive to my needs and always shows concern for whatever I’m going through. He speaks to me with kindness and compassion. He is an awesome person."
"In my almost 39 years on this planet have I never had a psychologist even begin to understand, help or care about my well-being until I came across Dr. Cole. I was only able to be his patient for a year and half due to a military move. The way this man began to help me unwrap all of the trauma holding me hostage was truly amazing. You won’t find a better psychologist"
"The BEST Dr ..... I NEVER miss a appointment he's kind knowledgeable And very easy to speak with I recommend him to EVERYONE"
"Very professional and considerate! He follows through on everything he says he will and his office staff ladies are awesome! Definitely recommend."
"I received nothing helpful from this man in months of seeing him. Mostly he just watched me like television until our time was up if he wasn't interrupting me to insert other peoples' stories, a practice that to this day I feel is unethical on multiple levels. Here are some choice examples of why I wouldn't suggest repeating my mistake: •When I shared that I had specific suicidal plans he responded by describing to me another person's failure to die by that method (specifically how that individual was crippled by their attempt, etc). •When he learned I was transgender he was quick to explain that he probably wouldnt stop misgendering me until I reached certain visible medical transition milestones (as that was the case with another transgender patient of his). •He once described to me unbidden and in intense detail the horrifying ordeal of a transgender patient of his who mutilated herself publicly because she felt she couldn't receive gender confirmation surgery otherwise. •The last straw was that he laughed at my story of parental sexual assault. He thought it was so funny he asked permission to retell it to other people. Maybe I just wasn't the right demographic to be seen as deserving of respect, I've heard good things about him from middle aged cisgender white guys. I specifically would suggest avoiding him if you're transgender, and/or if you don't like having your traumas treated like funny little anecdotes by someone who's job it is to help you work past them."
