"I recently had a very unfortunate experience at Tammy Nails, and I feel compelled to share my review to warn others. Upon walking into the establishment with my 10-year-old daughter, we immediately sensed a negative atmosphere. My daughter, being young and vulnerable, had her fingers hurt by one of the nail technicians. I had to intervene and asked the technician to stop, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, she grabbed my daughter's hand and insisted that she was not causing any harm. This incident caused my daughter to become upset and frustrated. Thankfully, another customer stepped in and told the technician to let go. Despite the situation, the staff still tried to continue with our nail service, which I declined. I firmly expressed my belief that if the technician was having a bad day, she should not be working and treating customers in such a manner. To my shock and dismay, the technician responded by demanding that I leave the shop and proceeded to scream in my face. This caused my daughter to cry and added to the already distressing situation. Additionally, I was not refunded the money for the services we did not receive. I would strongly advise against visiting Tammy Nails based on my experience. It was a terrible ordeal that left both me and my daughter feeling upset and violated. I have decided to seek legal advice to address this matter appropriately. To those considering this salon, I highly recommend reading other reviews before stepping foot inside their doors."

"I normally don’t like to write critiques because I don’t want to be too harsh, but I left the salon with 3 fingers bleeding. She was brutal on my nail bed. All of my fingers were sore from filing my skin down. She didn’t acknowledge it, and I had to ask her to clean up 2 nails that were painted out of my nails and dropped onto my skin. It isn’t worth the price. The final result was pretty, but it took a lot to get there."

"I don’t normally leave reviews even if I had bad service, but I have been getting my nails done a very long time and I have never been in pain during or after until I came into this place to get a simple fill in as my normal nail place is in Ashland and I work right by Tammys. Big mistake I made. I left with crappy painted nails and bleeding on 4 fingers, and it was $35 which is wayyy to high for a fill in. If you value your fingers do not go to Tammys"

"I have been a regular for years. My technition Kim is the best. She never rushes and always makes sure I get great massages whether pedicure or manicure. I rarely go without calling ahead to see if she has availability as they get a lot of walk-ins. All the staff are friendly. I would definitely recommend Tammys."
