"My biggest regret in redoing our floors is using LL flooring. They assured us they would redo the floors before we moved into our new house. The first day of construction, they were 7 hours late and only had sent one guy for our entire house. Needless to say, they were still working on the floors as movers were moving furniture into the house, and they were getting angry at our movers. The workers used and even broke my blow dryer when they did not have the right materials. They would also give us attitude and spent half the day on FaceTime with friends instead of getting the job done. The broke a chandelier in our living room, left nails sticking out of the quarter round, and left many corners and the area around our water heater unfinished. We finally got them back to fix most of it, but they refused to fix some boards that felt bumpy and uneven. We submitted a claim and never heard back despite follow up emails. Months later, the bumpy boards now have holes in them. In addition the stairs and treads are a completely different color AND material. (We have LVP and our stairs are laminate). I heavily advise against using this company due to their unprofessionalism and inadequate work."
"Would never do business with them. Look at attached quote...It did not include flooring....1300 sq ft...what a joke. Asked for references.... store employee that they do not give out references. Hmmm...if you cant provide references then your quality sucks or your customers are unhappy. Asked for EOI, Workers Comp, if they use subcontractors...refused all questions. Stay away. I smell RIP OFF!!!"
"What an impressive store to see your flooring choices! What a great team as well!"
"Under no circumstances should you consider doing business with this company. They started a job for us which is unfinished due to their incompetence and the best remediation they can provide me is a refund. I now have a half finished floor (which I’ll need to pay someone else to rip up), holes in my walls and torn up baseboards and trim. We were very clear about the Harringbone design we wanted installed during all of our interactions with them. Halfway through the job they determined that they couldn’t do the job they were paid to do, leaving me with a half finished floor and no efforts to satisfactorily solve the problem they created. The kicker is I am required to return the boxes of floors which can only be loaded into a truck. Save yourself the frustration and use a local company who values their customers and takes pride in their work. Update: I have talked to both associates in the store and at the corporate customer service number. No one has been able to provide a satisfying resolution. Just like the response you provided, everyone just tells me what I want to hear (you’re important to Is, we’ll fix it) but all they are really trying to do is kick the can down the road. All I am asking is that you finish the job I paid you to do (upfront and in full I might add). My floors have looked like this for 3 weeks at this point. Not only is it an eye sore it’s a tripping hazard for my pregnant wife."
"If I could give them 0 stars I would I been calling for 7 months to get my stairs fixed because the manufacture of for the laminated stairs sent 2 colors I pay too much money for it to look like an amateur did it! Even the manager at LL flooring was getting ignored by corporate for months back-and-forth until we got the material middle of March . I had been calling since middle of March to set up a time to get my stairs fixed and it is now may. It's unbelievable how this company has treated us as clients and their own employees . This was a gift to my mother I will never use this company ever again! And I will keep on posting negative reviews until my stairs get fixed! Clearly the message was just damage control because I have not heard from a supervisor . Now they are saying that the installers can't come install until the Banister is remove prior them coming! The Banister was not an issue the 1st time they came why is it an issue now. And quite frankly it is not my problem I just need my stairs fixed."
